Don’t Arrive Too Early For Your Next Job Interview

You obviously would never want to be late for a job interview or meeting. Although, not as bad but it can still leave a poor impression is ARRIVING TOO EARLY. It’s a bad first impression as it may convey to the person you are meeting:

> Poor time management.

> You look desperate for the job.

> The staff feels like they will have to entertain or look after you while you wait.

> It’s awkward.

> Makes you nervous.

> Drains you of the high you were on and now you may be “off your game”.

Arrive 15 mins before your appointment. That gives you plenty of time to use the washroom, sit down and calm your nerves, make small talk with reception (if they have one), learn about the company by reading any materials in the waiting area and other pluses.
