The heart of your job is business development & sales – this includes:
Generating leads and bringing on new clients through outbound sales activity.
Booking and attending sales calls
Working with the local office to develop and implement service plans
Developing relationships with client companies to ensure that staffing needs are met and
They would be excited to welcome a new team member that possesses the following
Experience in building and sustaining strong strategic relationships
Sales Background, staffing industry preferred but not necessary.
High Volume Outbound Sales Activity, Cold Calling
Strong computer skills
Own vehicle to travel between client sites, offices or to sales calls
Enthusiastic, positive, and driven
Salary commensurate with experience i.e. base $55-$60K range + commission + bonuses + car
allowance + health care benefits
