Rejecting an offer

Circumstances change. I get it. You started off as a young job seeker in near panic mode as you believed you had no job opportunities and then as you kept persisting and going out to interviews, you found yourself with not just one or two but MULTIPLE job offers. Congrats. You rock. Now, instead of being rejected, the tables have turned and you will have to pick a future employer and reject your other suitors. It’s a good problem to have but do it PROFESSIONALLY, with grace and respect. They took a chance on you, booked time to meet and hear your story, took you on a tour of their office and prepared an offer. You owe it to them to thank them and communicate your decision.

It’s the right thing to do.
